If there is no Distance worksheet in the forest description workbook then the system does XYZ
Defines the lead distance from an origin (as defined on the worksheet 'Plunits') to a destination in the allocation model.
The worksheet 'Distance' is an exact copy of the worksheet 'Transport', with only the data being changed from the unit cost of transport to the actual lead distance from an origin to a destination. The worksheet 'Distance' is used to work out the weighted average lead distances within the model.
The worksheet 'Distance' is exactly the same format as worksheet 'Transport' and is a lead distance matrix.
